Established in 1998, Multi Mix Systems fabricates and supplies oxygen injectors and spargers specifically designed to enhance gold leaching.
Both the injectors and spargers offer a robust, efficient and cost-effective means to mix oxygen into slurries. These injectors and spargers are one of the most energy efficient gas sparging devices in the industry.
Once installed, more consistent gold leaching and demonstrable increases in gold recoveries are achievable.
Multi Mix injectors and spargers are installed in gold process facilities throughout the world, including mines located in Australia, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Indonesia, Mali, Papua New Guinea and Tanzania.

Multi Mix Injectors
A unique feature of the Multi Mix injectors is the ability to varying the system pressure and with it the pumping energy requirements.
The Multi Mix injector operates at a significantly lower pressure than "high shear" type oxygen injectors / mixers.

Multi Mix Spargers
One of the key advantages of the Multi Mix sparger design is that operator adjustment is not required as the sparger wears. Indeed, operator adjustment is not possible. As a result, significant variations in gas flow from one sparger to the next at a given pressure are eliminated and preferential gas flow is avoided.
